Our Process is Slick...

  • Like graphite, there's no friction involved in our process.
  • It's about the people, not the paper.
  • We're thorough.  Simple as that.
  • Everything we do is transparent, there's nothing hidden, no catches.

Our Team is Savvy...

  • We are so wise, like a mini-buddha... covered in fur.
  • Tap in to our pre-existing relationships.
  • Want a three-legged squirrel?  We're passionate about filling that need.
  • We already know the people you need to know.

Aspire to a Better Career...

  • We need to talk about your flair, or lack of.
  • It's not business, it's strictly personal.
  • There's no runner-up when competing for a job - if you're not first, you're last.
  • People ARE hiring.  We know those people.

Our Hero Program...

  • We serve those who have served, effectively mapping the returning veterans with the civilian workforce.
  • Help watch over, save, deliver, protect.
  • But to the hero, when his sword has won the battle for the free, thy voice sounds like a prophet's word, and in its hollow tones are heard the thanks of millions yet to be.

According to former President Bush “The administration projects that employment will… ...Read More

Framing previous experience for a resume

However, in some situations, previous work experience may be unrelated. And it might not always hurt to include items in your resume that aren’t necessarily part of your work history. The most important thing to remember is that you need to impress upon your recruiter the fact that you offer something more than the other candidates. Most people… ...Read More

Hoping and Groping

Feb 9th, 2009 - Posted By Blake Cannon

Very few people are really equipped to make a solid long-range career decision. They have no training in this area, no background, no knowledge of the basic principles pertaining to successful career planning. They just blindly stumble about, hoping and groping, hoping that somehow they will do the right thing, groping for the right thing and then not knowing what to do if they do find it, until eventually they reach an age where they no longer have a choice. They make decisions with their heart - and when it comes to long-range career decisions, the only way to get the right answer is to use… ...Read More
